Google is seeking a Product and Business Strategy leader to unite multiple functions in driving high-impact initiatives across the organization. You will analyze data, craft business plans, and partner with senior leadership to execute strategic priorities, including AI-native transformations and monetization strategies.

The BizOps team operates like an internal consulting group, guiding senior leadership and cross-functional teams, from engineers to PMs, to deliver scalable, high-impact

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
• Experience leading teams on cross-company initiatives and aligning recommendations with executive leadership.
• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
