Job summary

Crisis24 Group is seeking an Strategic Business Operations Coordinator to align strategic initiatives with organizational objectives. You will coordinate business development support, contract administration, and cross-functional collaboration, without direct client delivery duties.

The role emphasizes monitoring progress against commitments, identifying risks, and delivering leadership with operational visibility to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years supporting strategic programs, operations, contracts, or initiatives.
• Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in coordinating business development initiatives, RFPs, QBRs, proposal responses, and client presentations.
• Monitor milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables in proposals.
• Gather technical, operational, pricing, and staffing information with SMEs.
• Maintain proposal templates, response libraries, and standardized content with the PSG team.
• Ensure leads/opportunities are tracked in Salesforce with action plans and milestones.
• Provide leadership with reporting on pipeline health, proposals, and activities.
• Coordinate post-award transitions to handoff from business development to operations.
• Coordinate operational tracking of strategic initiatives across On-Site Medical Operations and Private Client Operations.
• Monitor execution against contractual obligations, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify risks and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Develop executive briefings, dashboards, and operational summaries for planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate strategic meetings and follow-up actions.
