Emergence Capital Partners is seeking an adaptable operator to join the founding team as a strategic coordinator. You will own high-impact projects, build operational infrastructure, and partner with founders to drive the company forward.

The role blends finance, operations, and strategy, requiring exceptional analytical skills and a bias for action. You will interact with executives, create board-ready materials, and help shape the company’s growth trajectory.

Formación

• 4+ years in consulting, investment, PE/VC, or startup operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Strong ability to structure and present complex information clearly.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and materials.
• Highly organized with multi-project management capabilities.
• Self-directed with ability to drive problems to completion without oversight.
• Curiosity and willingness to dive into unfamiliar domains.
• BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic projects across functions (sales ops, finance, product, GTM).
• Build financial models, forecasts, and analyses for board decisions.
• Create investor materials, board decks, and strategic presentations.
• Design internal processes, tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency.
• Analyze data to surface insights, track KPIs, and inform strategy.
• Support fundraising processes including data room prep and outreach.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality completion.
• Step in wherever needed to drive outcomes.
