Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, general management, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for meaningful business outcomes.
• Strong financial literacy and experience with budgets, forecasts, P&L considerations, or performance metrics.
• Proven ability to evaluate complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Experience leading projects or initiatives across multiple departments.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to execute.
• Highly analytical with sound judgment and strong decision-making skills.
• Comfortable using technology, reporting platforms, data, and business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work with executive leadership to establish and execute strategic business priorities.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, KPIs, and other key indicators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and longer-term planning.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving operations, finance, sales, marketing, tech and customer experience.
• Assess processes, systems, and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses for investments and growth.
• Identify risks, performance gaps, and opportunities.
• Translate complex information into clear recommendations and executable actions.
• Establish structures that improve accountability and decision-making.
• Manage high-priority projects with milestones and measurable results.
• Support leadership in evaluating new markets, initiatives, partnerships, or expansion.
