Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an on-site operations coordinator to serve as the primary liaison among clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves coordinating schedules for Executive Protection operations and supporting data flow across teams.

You will schedule agents/drivers globally, assist GSOC with security plans and risk assessments, and manage travel logistics, while handling communications and client-facing documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience may be acceptable.
• Interest or direct experience in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security, Crisis Management, or Emergency Response.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate client schedules with ground teams and support Executive Protection operations and data flow.
• Request, schedule, and track Executive Protection agents, drivers, and related services globally.
• Support GSOC managers with presentations, security operation plans, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
• Manage travel and logistics for agents and drivers, including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.
• Answer calls and disseminate information to relevant parties.
