Job summary

Encord is hiring an ambitious, hands-on operator to work directly with the co-founders and leadership. You will help shape strategic priorities across GTM, engineering, and operations while supporting key accounts and vendor relationships.

You will research market dynamics, stand up dashboards, and contribute to external-facing content as the company scales globally across the US, Europe, and UK. This role blends strategic thinking with execution.”

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-intensity, high-velocity environment such as early-stage startup, top-tier consulting, investment banking, PE, or similar.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous briefs and drive end-to-end outputs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-founders on strategic priorities across GTM, engineering, growth, and operations.
• Support key account relationships with the commercial team from scoping to issue resolution.
• Research market and competitive landscape to inform decisions and positioning.
• Assist in vendor and partner evaluations and decide what moves into production.
• Plan, execute, and attend events including offsites and conferences; may involve speaker outreach.
• Support executive communications and external content strategy.
• Build trackers and dashboards to inform decisions across data types.
