Encord is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own end-to-end GTM searches, from kickoff to offer and close, partnering with leaders and our Head of Talent to turn business priorities into hiring plans.

You will build pipelines through targeted outbound, referrals, networks, and creative sourcing, run high-signal screens, and push for decisions while delivering a top-tier candidate experience at startup speed. 4 days/week in our San Francisco (FiDi) office.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Track record of delivering hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong outbound sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox.
• Experience managing multiple searches at once.
• Strong command of recruiting metrics and using funnel data to improve hiring velocity.

The role

We're looking for a GTM Recruiter to assist hiring across the commercial organization.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who operates with speed, urgency, and creativity. You'll partner directly with leadership and our Head of Talent to turn business priorities into hiring plans, build pipelines for roles without an established playbook, and drive searches forward without waiting to be told what to do next.

You'll be expected to know where every search stands, identify risk early, push for decisions, and increase hiring velocity without lowering the talent bar.
