Qualifications

• Disaster restoration industry experience.
• Business-to-business sales experience with agents, adjusters, property managers and commercial properties.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Self-motivated and competitive.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell services through relationship-based sales.
• Demonstrates products and assists clients in selecting best options.
• Develop and maintain relationships in the territory to generate new business.
• Make calls and in-person visits to customers.
• Research potential customers and information to determine potential.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, management and production.
• Analyze territory potential and value of customers.
• Plan sales strategy to maximize ROI in territory/segment.
• Maximize ROI at associations, trade shows and conventions.
