Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York seeks a Manager for Strategy and Execution, Corporate and Growth Strategy. You will advise clients across the transaction lifecycle, develop actionable growth strategies, and manage project work streams with a diverse team.

The role emphasizes quantitative and qualitative analysis, market and industry research, and collaboration with senior stakeholders. Full-time, Monday–Friday, hybrid in-office/work-from-office model with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field plus 5 years of progressive work experience.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree plus 2 years of work experience.
• 2 years of consulting experience including managing business strategy and M&A diligence projects.
• 2 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis with primary research and macro forecasts.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (5% international).

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy.
• Develop actionable growth strategies including corporate and investment strategy.
• Define objectives and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverables.
• Manage work streams and projects from data collection to final deliverables.
• Lead and motivate teams for quantitative and qualitative analyses.
