Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Seattle seeks a Manager to advise clients on corporate strategy across the transaction lifecycle. You will develop growth and investment strategies, analyze market conditions, and assess deal rationale to identify risks and opportunities.

The role requires leading engagement teams, defining project scope with senior leadership, and delivering quantitative and qualitative analyses that inform high-stakes decisions. Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field plus 5 years of experience in analytics or strategy.
• Alternative: Master’s degree plus 2 years of analytics or strategy experience.
• 2 years of consulting experience in corporate strategy and M&A diligence.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy.
• Develop actionable growth strategies including corporate and investment strategy.
• Review deal rationale and identify risks and opportunities for transactions.
• Define objectives and scope of engagements with leadership and deliverables.
• Manage work streams and teams from data collection to final deliverables.
