Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York seeks a Manager to advise clients across the transaction lifecycle, focusing on corporate and growth strategy, investment strategy, and value creation. You will lead workstreams, develop strategies using market trends, financial data, and macro forecasts, and supervise engagement teams.

Full-time, 40 hours/week; travel up to 40% (5% international). Requires 2+ years consulting, 2+ years leading strategy and M&A diligence, and 1 year in project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in quantitative or qualitative analysis.
• Alternative Master’s degree plus 2 years of experience in quantitative or qualitative analysis.
• 2 years of consulting experience providing strategic solutions.
• 2 years leading business strategy and M&A diligence projects in complex environments.
• 2 years of experience assessing industries, products, markets, competitors and customers.
• 1 year of project management and supervising engagement teams (2+ members).
• 2 years of experience in primary research, macro forecasts, financial models in MS Excel, and presenting recommendations.
• Travel up to 40% (5% international) to serve client needs.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy.
• Develop actionable growth strategies using market trends, financial data, and research.
• Review deal rationale to identify business issues and risks.
• Define objectives and scope of strategy engagements with leadership.
• Manage work streams and supervise multidisciplinary teams to deliver client deliverables.
