Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong analytical capability.
• Experience advising corporate clients on strategy, including growth and value creation.
• 2+ years of consulting experience in corporate strategy and M&A diligence.
• Experience managing engagement teams and multi-workstream projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy.
• Develop actionable growth strategies and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Review deal rationale and identify risks and opportunities.
• Define objectives and scope of engagements with senior leaders and MDs.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams, manage data collection to final client deliverables.
• Travel up to 40% (5% international) to serve client needs.
