Job summary

EY-Parthenon in San Francisco is seeking a Manager for Strategy and Execution to advise clients across the transaction lifecycle and develop growth strategies. The role focuses on corporate strategy, investment strategy, and value creation, with responsibilities from data collection to final deliverables.

The position offers a full-time schedule, a client-facing hybrid model, and a path to leadership within a diverse, high‑performing team at EY-Parthenon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a listed field plus 5 years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree plus 2 years of experience.
• 2 years of consulting experience with corporate clients.
• 2 years of experience in managing strategy and M&A projects.
• 2 years of experience analyzing industry, products, markets, competitors and customers.
• 1 year of experience in project management and supervising engagement teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy.
• Help develop actionable growth strategies, such as corporate strategy, investment strategy, transaction evaluation, and/or value creation.
• Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks.
• Assist in defining the objective and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverables in consultation with the Vice President and Managing Director.
• Manage work streams and projects from initial data collection and analysis to creating final client deliverables.
• Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds in performing quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to develop strategies and solutions for clients.
