Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York seeks a Manager to advise clients across the transaction lifecycle, focusing on corporate strategy and growth initiatives, including market analysis, investment strategy, and value creation.

You will lead work streams, manage teams, and deliver client-ready strategies and diligence documents. The role requires travel and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, Public Policy, Life Sciences, Health Care, or related field plus 5 years of progressive work experience performing quantitative or qualitative analysis.
• Master’s degree in the listed fields plus 2 years of work experience performing quantitative or qualitative analysis.
• At least 2 years of consulting experience providing strategic solutions to corporate clients and 2 years of experience managing strategy and M&A diligence projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy and growth.
• Develop actionable growth strategies including corporate and investment strategy and value creation.
• Review deal documents to identify risks and opportunities; define objectives and scope with leadership.
• Lead work streams from data collection to final client deliverables; motivate diverse teams.
