Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth across the corporate portfolio, including organic and inorganic opportunities such as digital health, ventures, and emerging technologies.

The role involves interaction with senior management, cross-functional teams across regions, and regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL. A strong finance basis with M&A experience is essential; travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics functions; 3+ years of experience in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Demonstrated success in a highly complex, matrix organization.
• Comfortable/thrives in ambiguous/rapidly evolving situations.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Aufgaben

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius business areas and identify targets for inorganic growth.
• Lead project management with cross-functional teams to deliver corporate projects through due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for Fresenius management to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage internal portfolio analysis and recommendation of new business areas, target evaluations, scenario planning and modeling.
• Build valuations for target assets using methods like DCF, NPV and precedent analysis.
• Oversee strategic corporate projects through all phases from identification to execution.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver on corporate projects through due diligence and board approvals.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces including consultants and investment banks.
• Leverage market dynamics to support strategy discussions.
