Job summary

CloudLinux is a global remote-first company seeking a Director of Corporate Development. This role leads the inorganic growth agenda—from origination to post-close integration, including strategic alliances, joint ventures, and major partnerships.

You’ll partner with the CFO on long-term strategy and financing, building disciplined targets and financial analyses while maintaining a steady deal pace. Expect 100s of opportunities to screen, trend analysis, and leadership-ready materials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience across corporate development, investment banking, private equity, and/or transaction advisory.
• Experience building institutional-quality financial models, including three-statement models and scenario analysis.
• Experience presenting analysis to executive or investment-committee audiences and defending recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Origination: build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets aligned to strategic priorities.
• Screening and evaluation: apply standardized scoring and build valuation and deal models.
• Acquisition budgeting and financial planning: develop budgets and forecasts for deals and integration.
• Integration coordination: own post-close integration plans and track synergies and costs.
• Strategic alliances, joint ventures, and major commercial partnerships: structure and evaluate non-acquisition opportunities.
