GoDaddy is seeking a Director of Corporate Development for a fully remote U.S. role. You will own the full arc of inorganic growth from sourcing to closing, shaping investment theses and leading diligence with Finance, Legal, Tax, Strategy, and Product teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience spanning investment banking and corporate development
Proven track record leading M&A transactions end-to-end
Strong strategic judgment across build-vs-buy, market entry and integration risk
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills for executive audiences

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end M&A process: sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and closing deals
Shape investment thesis and perform diligence across cross-functional teams
Present investment recommendations to senior executives and defend assumptions
Drive cross-functional diligence with Finance, Legal, Tax, Strategy, Product, and Partnerships
Own financial modeling, valuation, and business-case development
Build and maintain relationships with industry players, banks, and advisors
Guide post-merger integration planning to realize value
Develop playbooks for repeatable deal execution
