Cardlytics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development to partner with the CEO, CFO, and leadership to shape financial direction and strategic performance.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and board reporting, building scalable models and compelling business cases. This role leads cross-functional collaboration, mentors the Strategic Finance team, and identifies opportunities to automate planning processes while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Public company experience and SEC reporting awareness.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine corporate financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare materials for quarterly and ad hoc board reporting and executive leadership presentations.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Investor Relations, and business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and external communication.
• Mentor the Strategic Finance team and drive financial rigor across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to automate planning processes and improve decision-support capabilities.
