Compass Real Estate - Peninsula is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager in Cincinnati, OH. You will drive net-new revenue across Compass brokerages by partnering with top-producing agents and teams, delivering enterprise-style demonstrations of our platform, and expanding our market presence.

This quota-carrying role offers a base pay of $100,000-$110,000 with a $30,000-$60,000 target bonus, uncapped upside, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Strong interpersonal, influence, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver technology-focused presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market.
• Conduct consultative business discovery and deliver enterprise-style demonstrations of our technology platform, tailoring presentations to the needs of agents, teams, and brokerage leaders.
• Position our value proposition across technology, marketing, culture, and growth.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through a consultative, relationship-driven sales process.
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
• Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams.
