Job summary

Saint Agnes Health seeks a senior strategy leader to drive development and execution of the strategic plan. You will partner with executives, physicians, and regional leaders to align local, regional, and system-wide initiatives for integrated planning and growth.

Reporting across Trinity Health, you will build partnerships with hospitals and brokers, lead clinical service line development, and manage complex financial planning with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of senior leadership experience in a hospital system, hospital, or ambulatory care system.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement strategy in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with physicians.
• Proven skills in financial management, planning, project management, program development, and policy development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong applied research, statistical, and financial analysis background.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the strategic plan with executives and regional leaders.
• Partner with physicians and executives to align local, regional, and system-wide initiatives.
• Oversee integrated strategic, financial, and capital planning processes.
