Job summary

Empower Brands is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by cultivating strategic relationships, expanding referral networks, and executing local market initiatives. Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or a related customer-facing role with revenue growth.
• Experience developing strategic relationships and managing a sales pipeline.
• Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives and content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business development and local market growth plans aligned with objectives.
• Build strategic relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, contractors, and referral partners.
• Generate new business through consultative selling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Partner with leadership to execute local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and leads.
• Support local digital marketing via Google Business Profile, local SEO, and reputation management.
• Develop social media content highlighting projects, success stories, and culture.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales pipeline activity and performance metrics.
• Communicate capabilities and solutions to prospective customers and referral partners.
• Represent FRSTeam at industry events to expand relationships.
• Use CRM to manage opportunities and forecast pipeline activity.
• Maintain accountability for revenue growth and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
