Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to lead a portfolio of Defense, Intel, and Government customers from our Northern Virginia HQ. You will drive growth, manage relationships, and coordinate across Growth, Capability Units, Engineering, Product, Capture, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure successful program execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of selling technology or enterprise software to Defense, Intel, Government and large enterprises.
• Knowledge of AI, Cyber, ISR, information operations, autonomous systems or mission software.
• Ability to shape opportunities pre-RFP and lead large captures.
• Proven track record managing complex accounts and delivering revenue growth in regulated markets.
• Strong matrixed team leadership across multiple business units.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, SBIR and OTA.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned strategic accounts and develop multi-year growth strategies.
• Engage with executives and key stakeholders to shape opportunities and programs.
• Own sales processes, bookings targets, and cross-capability portfolio selling.
• Lead capture planning, pricing strategy, and win themes.
• Coordinate with delivery, product, and engineering to ensure success.
• Manage portfolio and pipeline with accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.
• Partner with Capability Units to align roadmaps with customer needs.
