Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or 7–10 years with Master's).
- Ability to structure and solve problems in ambiguous situations.
- Proven experience leading high-impact cross-functional projects at a global scale.
