Ford Motor Company seeks a Corporate Development Manager to evaluate, structure and execute strategic investments and partnerships globally. You will report to senior executives and work with cross-functional teams on high-impact transactions.

The role emphasizes analytics, strategic thinking, and a hands-on, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options and exposure to senior leadership are highlighted.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory Services, strategic management consulting and/or Corporate Development.
• 3–5 years of experience with strong financial and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Perform detailed financial analyses; build pro-forma models, valuation, and synergy analyses for potential transactions.
• Support due diligence with target executives, outside advisors, and internal SMEs.
• Create investment memorandums and presentations for Ford's senior management and Board review.
• Assist in negotiating transaction terms and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with teams across Ford to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Gather and analyze data from diverse sources to support decisions and align with overall strategy.
• Craft creative approaches to develop innovative ideas to push industry boundaries.
