Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, strategic management consulting or Corporate Development.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analyses; create pro-forma financial models, valuation analyses and synergy models for potential transactions.
• Support due diligence with target executives, outside advisors, and internal SMEs.
• Create investment memorandums and presentations for Ford senior management, including C-Level executives and Ford Board of Directors.
• Negotiate transaction terms and legal documentation.
• Interface with teams across Ford to ensure deal execution.
• Seek and analyze data from various sources to align with strategy.
• Develop creative approaches to new, innovative ideas that push industry boundaries.
