Ford's Global Strategy team seeks a senior strategy leader to guide high-impact projects across the enterprise. You will mentor a diverse group, coordinate engagements, and shape evidence-based recommendations for executive review.

You will generate hypotheses, structure complex problems, and apply rigorous analyses to advance Ford+ objectives. This role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and strategic thinking in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or Master’s +7–10 years).
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure/solve problems.
• Proven experience leading high-impact cross-functional projects at a global scale.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project engagements to hit deliverables in a time-constrained environment.
• Generate hypotheses and guide strategy leadership and stakeholders.
