Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to structure and solve problems in ambiguous environments.
• Proven experience leading high-impact cross-functional projects at a global scale.
• Inherently curious, analytically inclined, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of automotive industry dynamics and managerial accounting.
• Track record of challenging the status quo with creative solutions.
• Love teaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
