Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory Services, strategic management consulting, and/or Corporate Development activities.
• 3-5 years of experience exhibiting exceptional financial and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed financial analyses; create pro-forma models, valuation analyses and synergy models for potential transactions.
• Support due diligence with target executives, outside advisors, and internal SMEs.
• Create investment memorandums and presentations for Ford senior management and Board review.
• Negotiate transaction terms and legal documentation.
• Interface with teams across Ford to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Seek and analyze data from various sources to support decisions and align with strategy.
• Develop innovative ideas to stretch the organization and industry boundaries.
