Job summary

Freudenberg Flow Technologies LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to accelerate growth of engineered sealing solutions in the U.S. market.

You will develop strategies, build a robust pipeline, and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Operations and Quality to win opportunities. The role requires 5–7+ years in BD or technical sales, a technical or commercial degree, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 5-7+ years in business development, technical sales, or strategic account management.
• Experience with engineered sealing solutions and related industries.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand US market share.
• Identify new customers, applications, and revenue opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline from identification to commercial award.
• Lead customer discussions and negotiations on pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Product Management and Operations.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
