Job summary

Freudenberg Flow Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager in the United States to lead growth initiatives for High Integrity Connectors and Metal Sealing Solutions across CAPEX and OPEX markets.

You will build and maintain relationships with owner/operators, EPCs, OEMs, fabricators, and engineering teams to position Freudenberg as the preferred supplier for critical piping and pressure containment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Demonstrated success identifying and securing major project opportunities and long-term customer relationships.
• Experience in Oil & Gas - Offshore with owner/operators, EPCs, OEMs, fabricators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth initiatives that expand market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Position the company as the preferred supplier for piping and pressure containment applications.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with owner/operators and channel partners.
