Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
5–7+ years in business development, technical sales, sales engineering, or strategic account management.
Experience with engineered sealing solutions and related industries.
Strong technical aptitude to translate customer requirements into commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive profitable growth in the U.S. market.
Identify new customers, applications, markets, and revenue opportunities.
Build and manage a strong pipeline from identification through technical evaluation, quotation, negotiation, and award.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to deliver viable sealing solutions.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences to strengthen market presence and opportunities.
