Altana seeks a founding Head of Policy & National Security to scale a global vertical within its GPS team. You will own growth end-to-end, shaping opportunities, crafting strategic plans, and guiding relationships with agency decision-makers across operations and policy.

The role spans the US, UK, and international markets, with hybrid work options. You will lead a team of sellers, own the forecast, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to drive long-term programs, while navigating

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth for the Policy & National Security vertical end to end.
• Manage a field of sellers, pipeline, and forecast for large government opportunities.
• Shape opportunities and communicate Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop relationships across agencies and with partners to expand reach.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy and pricing.
