Job summary

Altana is seeking a Head of Resilience & Network to drive revenue growth in the Global Public Sector from Washington, DC with hybrid work flexibility. You will own the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle, shape government programs, and build a durable book of business with senior agency buyers and partners.

You will manage a field of sellers, forecast pipelines, and define strategies that translate Altana's value into government outcomes, collaborating across teams to win large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading public-sector revenue growth.
• Shaped opportunities with an understanding of contracting mechanisms.
• Extensive network across government and industry.
• Builder's instinct to stand up something new and influence buying.
• Ability to translate complex software value for government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth for Resilience & Network and translate strategy into plans.
• Manage a field of sellers, pipeline, and forecast for large-government opportunities.
• Build the Resilience & Network pipeline with long-term agency bets in mind.
• Shape opportunities by communicating Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop cross-agency relationships from operations to strategy.
• Own partner relationships with SI, primes, and teaming partners.
• Collaborate with other leaders to align GPS and company objectives.
• Forecast needs across teams and surface requirements early.
• Feed market signals into product, pricing, and strategy.
