Agoda seeks a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to own the partnership P&L, lead a small team, and shape multi-brand marketing strategy across metasearch, search, app marketing, and CRM.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, set OKRs, drive data-driven decisions, and build scalable analytics and experimentation to unlock revenue growth while managing stakeholder expectations at executive levels.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong SQL proficiency for daily analysis.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals.
• Experience with attribution models and incrementality.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
