Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a senior Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations to own and accelerate the global payments growth strategy. You will act as the strategic conductor for our payments business, driving adoption of transactional features across the merchant base to hit ambitious revenue targets.

The role requires deep payments industry knowledge, MoR and gateway dynamics, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders without direct authority in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Payments Growth by increasing adoption of existing features and launching new transactional capabilities.
• Pricing & Packaging: optimize transactional economics including take rates and fees.
• Cross-Functional Project Management across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal; manage requirements, timelines, and milestones.
• Market & Competitive Strategy: size opportunities and research regional nuances; analyze closed deals to inform strategy.
• Data‑Driven Insights: develop dashboards, KPIs and reports translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Executive Visibility & Alignment: communicate updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Risk Management: anticipate obstacles and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
