DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations to own and accelerate our global payments growth strategy. In this highly visible role, you will act as the strategic "train conductor" for our payments business, driving adoption of transactional features across our merchant base.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Payments Growth: Own the strategy to increase adoption of existing payment features and partner with Product to test and launch new capabilities.
• Pricing & Packaging: optimize the transactional economic model, influence take rates and fees to maximize revenue and merchant GMV.
• Cross-Functional Project Management: coordinate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal, gathering requirements and managing timelines.
• Market & Competitive Strategy: size opportunities and research regional customer segments, accounting for local nuances.
• Data-Driven Insights: develop dashboards and KPIs translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Executive Visibility & Alignment: present updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and partners.
• Risk Management: anticipate obstacles and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
