• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of Department of Homeland Security experience with 7+ years business development-related experience.
• Highly collaborative leader who can build and lead teams and contribute as a team member or individual contributor.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership enabling a BD and Capture team across the DHS lifecycle from opportunity identification to post-submission phase.
• Develop, lead, and implement DHS accounts, campaigns, or market plans and strategies.
• Build relationships and lead through influence at all levels of the organization.
