Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Director, Solutions Architect for the IHS CTO organization to drive technical solutions for complex proposals. You will manage solution development, staffing, and coordinating with capture and proposal teams, interfacing with clients on pre-proposal activities.

You will recruit, hire, and guide staff while developing architectural models, operation concepts, and proposal materials to differentiate GDIT in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Requires 20+ years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, with Poly preferred.
• Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical solutions for proposals and capture efforts.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to shape acquisition strategies.
