Job summary

Cvetkovic & Partners is seeking a commercially minded, creative professional to work with the founder on growing the business. You’ll contribute across business development, advisory product development, thought leadership and the executive engagement platform in Davos.

Ideal candidates have experience with premium B2B environments, C-suite outreach and strong English writing skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling offerings and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in business development, marketing, product marketing, consulting or professional services.
• Familiar with premium B2B businesses, selling high‑value services via trusted relationships.
• Experience with or ability to communicate with C‑suite executives and senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent English writing; ability to translate complex ideas into clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies, CEOs, CHROs and executive decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities within your network, CRM and prospect database.
• Draft personalized outreach, introductions and follow-up messages.
• Maintain the business development pipeline and propose next actions.
• Support proposals, client presentations and prospect conversations.
• Help develop advisory products, content and commercial opportunities.
