Altius Talent | Freight Forwarding Recruitment is seeking a sales-focused professional to win new air and ocean freight forwarding business across Dallas–Fort Worth and the wider Texas market. You will prospect, present forwarding solutions, and manage opportunities from initial contact to live shipments, coordinating with pricing and operations to meet gross profit targets.

Qualifications

Proven track record in winning air/ocean freight forwarding business.
Established customer relationships in DFW/Texas.
Ability to prospect, present solutions, and close independently.
Experience managing a sales pipeline with a gross profit target.

Responsibilities

Win new air and ocean freight forwarding accounts across Dallas-Fort Worth and wider Texas.
Develop your pipeline through prospecting and established importer, exporter and beneficial cargo owner relationships.
Sell air and ocean forwarding, customs brokerage and warehousing services.
Manage opportunities from the initial discussion through quotation, negotiation and live shipments.
Work with pricing and operations to implement new accounts and deliver against gross profit objectives.
