H.B. Fuller is seeking a senior business development professional to expand our presence in the Tapes, Labels, and Graphics segment across North America.

You will lead lead generation, strategic account growth, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored adhesive solutions. We value deep customer knowledge, strong presentation skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth while negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Business Development or Direct Sales experience in adhesive market (Tapes, Labels, and Graphics preferred).
• Proven track record of identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities.
• Bachelors or University Degree in technical area preferred; valid driver's license required.
• Travel up to 40% domestically and occasionally international.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead generation, and growth of adhesive solutions in Tapes, Labels, and Graphics NA region.
• Manage revenue growth with strategic accounts and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
• Understand customer businesses, markets, and trends to strengthen sales strategies.
• Negotiate commercial agreements balancing customer needs and company goals.
• Manage a portfolio of regional/specific strategic accounts for growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans based on market insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and customer service to align resources with priorities.
• Understand customer operations and supply chain to create value-driven solutions.
