Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in BD, marketing, or sales in microscopy/Academic Life Sciences.
- Strong knowledge of microscopy techniques and applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor market signals and understand customer needs and workflows.
- Develop NA go‑to‑market strategy for the Academic Life Sciences segment.
- Create differentiated value propositions and customer-focused content.
- Lead market readiness for new product launches and train the sales team.
- Travel up to 25% regionally and globally.
