MSA Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Account Executive for our Home Health Division in Richlands and Abingdon, VA. You will develop market strategies, establish referral sources, and collaborate with clinical teams to grow census across our home health continuum.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of healthcare sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, and discharge planning needs.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Perform territory market analysis and develop business plans quarterly/annually.
• Develop and establish new referral sources.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Meet regularly with the clinical team.
• Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams to grow census.
• Stay informed on Medicare and state home health regulations.
• Obtain physician orders for treatments and participate in referrals.
• Promote the company's home health services.
