James River Home Health and Hospice is seeking a motivated Account Executive to expand sales in the Prince William territory. You will develop relationships with referral sources, generate patient referrals, and advocate for high-quality home care, working with intake and clinical teams for seamless patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of successful experience in Home Healthcare, Business Development, or a related field.
• Proven success in business development, outreach, or a healthcare-related role.
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with healthcare professionals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• In this role, forecast needs, establish priorities, and execute business strategies to drive growth and achieve sales revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and referral sources to communicate the value of high-quality home care.
• Increase market share through referral growth and participation in James River’s programs, coordinating with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth referrals and patient progress.
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the assigned territory; conduct regular sales calls, liaison visits, and prospecting to grow accounts; participate in sales meetings and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
