Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales and business development success in home care, home health, hospice, or a closely related healthcare field.
• Established, active network of referral sources in Southeast Michigan ready to activate.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding census and revenue growth goals.
• Strong territory management, strategic planning, and business plan execution skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with executive-level polish.
• Outstanding written and oral communication with efficient follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow CareOne's referral base across a broad set of health and community partners and convert them into new client starts from day one.
• Design and lead the overall business development and marketing strategy, including field sales, direct mail, email campaigns, newsletters, community outreach, and social media.
• Set territory plans, sales targets, and KPIs; track referral source conversion and report results to executive leadership.
• Represent CareOne at trade shows, conferences, networking events, and community education programs.
• Mentor future business development team members as the department grows.
• Be available on evenings and weekends to support referral sources and grow the business.
