CareOne Senior Care is seeking a Branch Director to launch and lead the Ann Arbor market, driving growth and client services in Washtenaw County. You will build referral networks, oversee operations, and lead a team in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or sales leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships and generate new business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and accountability.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ann Arbor/Washtenaw County.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County.
• Establish and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, and elder care professionals.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strategic partnerships in the territory.
• Lead in-person outreach, networking, and community engagement activities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and service-hour goals.
• Represent CareOne Senior Care professionally in the community.
• Oversee branch growth, performance, and profitability.
• Manage local business development within budget and drive efficiency improvements.
