Job summary

CareOne Senior Care in Novi, MI seeks an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Associate to build relationships with healthcare professionals, promote in-home care services, and drive referrals with a base salary plus commission.

You will engage social workers, case managers, hospitals, and senior communities, attend events, and execute a multi-channel marketing plan while providing outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Field-based outside sales and marketing role targeting healthcare professionals.
• Develop business plans and strategies to drive referrals and revenue.
• Must have at least 2 years sales experience; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on social workers, case managers, discharge planners, hospitals, rehabs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Build a territory plan and strategy with action steps to drive referrals.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate with office support.
• Attend trade shows and networking events and provide educational programs.
• Implement a multi-faceted marketing plan including direct mail, emails, newsletters, and social media.
• Be available on nights and weekends when needed to manage and grow the business.
• Promote CareOne Senior Care's image in the community.
