Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Director, Strategy to drive strategic frameworks and guide cross-functional teams across earned media, content, social, influencer and creative.

You will mentor junior strategists, partner with account and analytics teams, and lead new business efforts to expand client engagements and value.

This role collaborates with Digital, Strategic Communications, Creative, Analytics & Insights to deliver fully integrated campaigns with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Ability to create strategic frameworks and deliver integrated solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build senior-level relationships.
• Experience across disciplines (digital marketing, creative, analytics) to deliver solutions.
• Proven success in supporting new business development and growth within accounts.
• Leadership and mentorship experience developing junior team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Collaborative mindset in fast-paced client-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field preferred.
