Highwire is seeking a Director of Strategy to guide the growth and execution of our strategy function. You will design frameworks, mentor teams, and partner with digital, creative, analytics, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

You will lead high‑impact client engagements, contribute to new business opportunities, and ensure strategic excellence across multiple disciplines. This role offers a flexible hybrid/remote setup with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and develop strategic frameworks.
• Experience across digital marketing, creative, and analytics to deliver integrated solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide junior team members.
• Experience supporting new business development and growth within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic frameworks and experience/engagement strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead client accounts, conduct discovery, and ensure successful delivery of objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate strategy into campaigns.
• Mentor junior strategists and foster a collaborative, high‑standard culture.
