The role requires guiding Physician Navigators and Clinical Navigators, supervising the Admissions Manager, and delivering training to staff to enhance customer service and performance. This exempt position supports PAM Health's mission to improve access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Experience in staff coaching and performance evaluation.
• Strong relationship management with physicians and referral sources.
• Ability to develop market-specific strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Clinical Navigators, Physician Navigators, and Admissions staff.
• Develop and execute referral development and marketing plans.
• Oversee admissions processes and improve patient flow.
• Monitor referral trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide staff training and evaluate performance.
